Welcome to Ancestral, the heart of Hacienda Chocolat.
Come and see our production processes while enjoying cocktails, drinks, or tapas. Or simply, pass by to try and purchase our chocolates and products.
More than a factory, it’s an experience where tradition meets innovation, and where chocolate inspires new ways to taste, sip, and share.

At Ancestral, you can order your pairing board of spirits or wines with our artesanal chocolates and enjoy cocktails in a group or individually. Every visit is designed to indulge your senses and spark curiosity. Learn the art of chocolate-making, explore our factory floor, and taste all of our cacao- and chocolate- inspired creations.
Discover the handcrafted chocolates that keep our guests coming back—from rich bonbons to our signature cacao bars, each crafted with passion and island pride.
Check out our upcoming pairing events schedule.

Guided rum tasting with Pablo Pérez “WhiskeyRican” featuring a welcome cocktail, three Puerto Rican rums, and three Hacienda Chocolat artisanal chocolates.
