From bean to bar chocolate and bombons to cocktails—step inside the factory where cacao becomes chocolate, tapas, and drinks.

Welcome to Ancestral, the heart of Hacienda Chocolat. Here, cacao nibs harvested in Fajardo are transformed into rich chocolate bars and signature cacao cocktails. More than a factory, it’s an experience where tradition meets innovation, and where chocolate inspires new ways to taste, sip, and share.
